Observation

0200 (4): Hope Perfect arrived to toddler classroom at 8:58AM and did not wash hands upon arrival. Staff changed two diapers and did not wash hands before or after or between changing children. 0200 (5): Children not encouraged and did not wash hands after diapering in toddler classroom. Preschool age children arrived to classroom and care and did not wash hands.
